Hermitage Hill’s New Brewery – Stable Craft Brewing:
Experienced Chef Needed for our tasting room.
Details of this position are below. 

Experience Chef and Foodie wanted to join our farm experience- Interest in growing herbs, fruits, vegetables and raising hens for fresh eggs is a plus. Coop with local farmers swapping spent Brewers grain for beef and lamb. Most of our ingredients are sourced locally, within just 2 or 3 miles of our farm.

Our tasting room will serve a pub style farm menu and there will be light catering for small banquets
with limited menus; as we allow outside licensed catering companies for weddings at our venue.

Responsibilities to include: Inventory, food ordering, food safe handling, kitchen sanitation and a strong work ethic and ability to lead others.
Position starts in April.
